This 21-Day At Home Trial Policy (“21-Day At Home Trial Policy”) sets out the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the 21-Day At Home Trial products (“Product” or “Products”) listed on our website www.topiom.com (“our site”) to you. Please read these Terms carefully before ordering any 21-Day At Home Trial Products from our site. If you do not agree to these Terms you must not order any 21-Day At Home Trial Product through our site.

  1. To ensure that every single customer is 100% happy with their TOPIOM product, we offer the industry’s first 21-Day At-Home Trial period policy.
  2. Try one of our rowing machines at home, and if it’s not the right fit, ship it back to us within 21 days from the date of purchase for a 100% refund on your upfront payment.
  3. We even cover return shipping within 21–day return. We’re that confident that you will love your new TOPIOM rowing machine.

How to apply

  1. You need to make an upfront payment to place a 21-Day At Home Trial order. The upfront payment on 21-Day At Home Trial products are outlined within the shopping cart and vary according to demand.
  2. Please type in your coupon code in the order note if you have, and it will be deducted in the rest payment.
  3. Once your 21-Day At Home Trial order is successfully placed, typically we will process your shipment in 48 hours. You will receive email notifications for invoice, shipment and tracking number(s).

Payment and Billing Terms

  1. Your decision must be notified to us within the 21 days of purchase by email (support@topiom.com)
  2. An upfront payment will be required to place your 21-Day At Home Trial order.
  3. By default, you are agreed on keeping product(s) and completing the rest payment if we did not receive any decision from you whitin the 21 days of purchase. In this case, at the end of free trial period, the rest payment will be automatically deducted.
  4. If you want to keep the product and let us know within the 21 days of purchase, the rest payment will be automatically collected from your initial payment method at the end of free trial period.
  5. If you do not want to keep the product and let us know by email within the 21 days of purchase, you can get 100% refund of your upfront deposit, and you will not be charged for return shipping and restocking fee.
  6. You are agreed with receiving our payment reminder by email or phone if there is a payment overdue.

Notice

  1. While we fully believe in every product that we sell, we understand that you might have second thoughts or your product may not be everything you hoped for. For that reason, we offer a 21-day Return Policy for all Free Trial orders.
  2. Cancellations & Returns does not appply to free trial order.
  3. To qualify for the Website 21 Day Home Trial option, the product must have been purchased online on Topiom website.
  4. If you wish to cancel or return goods please e-mail our Customer Service Department at support@topiom.com and we will issue a Return Materials Authorisation (RMA). Goods must be returned to us within 10 days of receipt of RMA.
  5. Please retain the original packaging at least 21 days when you receive the rowing machine just in case you need to return it.

Regulations

The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (hereinafter referred to as The Regulations) if you are a consumer in terms of the Regulations you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased from this catalogue for a full refund. This does not apply to items made to your specification and perishable goods.

Cancellations

  1. If you wish to cancel your order then you must notify us by email to support@topiom.com before your order has been received, quoting your Order number, Name, Email address.
  2. If you cancel your order in writing within 48 hours after placing your order & before your order is despatched then you will receive a full refund.
  3. If you cancel after 48 hours & we have already processed your shipment or if the shipment is refused upon delivery then you shall be charged for return shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Returns

  1. We offer you an exchange or a refund on products returned to our warehouse within 21 days of purchase only for free trial order. In order to return your goods, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation number (RMA) from us within 21 days of purchase. Request for returns after this date will be considered but not guaranteed.
  2. Our warehouse must receive the goods within 10 days of your RMA being approved by us.
  3. To obtain an RMA, please email us on support@topiom.com We will credit your purchase immediately upon receipt of the returned item with an RMA number.
  4. We arrange a courier to pick up the goods when you are ready, you can download the shipping label from the RMA of Topiom website and you are responsible for printing it out.
  5. If you return your order in writing within 21 days of purchase of your item(s) then you can get 100% refund of your initial deposit.
  6. TOPIOM rowing machine must be returned in TOPIOM boxes with proper packaging material. If the original packaging is missing, we will have to ship a replacement box and packing materials and you will be charged for £88. Failure to meet our policy will result in an immediate rejection of the return. If you are unsure about any aspect of this policy, please contact us first at support@topiom.com.
  7. TOPIOM Rowing machine received with inadequate packaging and cause visible damage are subject to a damage charge. The amount of charge will be based on the extent of the damage.
  8. Once the rest payment is completed, returning is not available and you shall enjoy a three-year component warranty and a five-year wooden frame warranty for Topiom rowing machine. Though we are confident of product quality, in the case of Force Majeure, if you don’t accept warranty policy and insist returning, you will be charged for return shipping and 15% restocking fee.

Damages

If you received your product and noticed it was damaged, you must notify us immediately when signing for delivery and send photos to support@topiom.com the day of. Topiom will pay for any defective, damaged, or incorrect merchandise you may receive. In this scenario, the 15% restocking fee will not apply. Items that become damaged after use are non-refundable unless specified under our warranty.

Delays

The expected delivery time for your 21-Day At Home Trial order is around 3 ~ 7 working days. If there is a significant delay in your order delivery, please contact our service department at support@Topiom.com, the delay time will be added to your 21-Day At Home Trial time, and the onward dates for payment will be extended accordingly.

Refunds

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
  2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
  3. We do not currently allow refunds on multiple returns, if an item has already be exchanged once it can only be returned for a gift card within the 21 days of the original purchase.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please follow the steps below:
  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
