Our new Return&Cancellation Policy becomes operative since Feb 1st, 2023, all the purchase after that will follow the new policy under below.
- Topiom provide FREE Cancellation and full refund within 24 hours after you purchased from our website, any cancellation before that can be accepted by Contacting Topiom Customer Service: email@example.com
- Note that normally orders ship 24 hours after purchase, so please get in touch ASAP if you need to cancel your order before it’s too late.
- Topiom will charge 15% Cancellation fee(including service fee and restocking fee) based on the order amount if you intend to cancel your order after 24 hours from purchase, please contact Topiom Customer Service to know the next step: firstname.lastname@example.org
- After your order is shipped from our warehouse, any request to cancel will be considered as return and subject to the terms of the Topiom Return Policy.
- According to the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations, you have the right to cancel most products purchased from us within 14 days of delivery. But we must be notified of your intention from email in 14 days after delivery, please email us at email@example.com to get the return address. Our Standard 14 day online return options apply to goods purchased for domestic use only. These options do not apply to equipment purchased for use by a business, commercial equipment, or for any ‘special order’ items.
- The 14-day valid return time is calculated from the day the complete package was received. If there is a replacement parts during the period time, the valid return time will be extended accordingly.
- Any return requests that after 14 days from delivery will not be accepted by us and it will forward to the Warranty stage to go.
- All returns must be in original packaging. Please note we reserve the right to reject any of your return request if you don’t have the original Topiom package boxes.
- Please note we also reserve the right to make a deduction from refunding the full purchase price if we believe (on examination of the returned goods) that they exhibit used (including self assembly and attempts at disassembly). The amount of deduction will be based on the extent of the diminishment in the goods value.
If there’s a return request, customers needs to contact carrier to schedule a pick up and pay for it in advance at all circumstances. However, if Topiom is responsible for the return(Refering to the following return reasons define), you can send the shipping receipt to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will verify and reimburse you. Please noted that this policy is effective immediately from now on and applicable to all orders no matter you made the purchase before or after Feb 1st, 2022.
1) You will receive the full refund or free exchange by the following reasons: (Topiom is responsible for return postage fees or replacement fees)
- We sent the wrong order or item(s), you received any broken items, or the quality of the products you received is poor/defective.(Require photo/video evidence)
- The packages was delivered damaged caused the inner product defective.(Require photo/video evidence)
2) 15% return fee will be charged from you by the following reasons: (Customer is responsible for return postage fees and replacement postage fees, Topiom will not be responsible for the loss or stagnation of the package in transit; ) *Topiom can help to arrange the carrier by charging $100 shipping fee from your refund amount.
- You chose the wrong product.
- Personal Reasons due to changed mind, personal taste, physical reasons, etc.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you were approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of 1~5 business days.
- The refund will be credited back to the original payment method only. You will only receive a refund maximum equal to the relevant amount paid in your original purchase (e.g. you will not be entitled to a refund of higher value where a product has increased in price since your original purchase.
- In most cases, your refund will be back to you after being deducted by following our refund policy, thanks for your understanding.

- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
