Exquisite Exterior Design
The TOPIOM third-generation Jupiter rowing machine is crafted from durable red oak wood certified by FSC. It has a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs/182kg and can accommodate users up to 77 inches/195 cm. The improved foot pedals and seat are designed to adapt to different users’ weights, with adjustable foot pedals to cater to individual preferences and body types.
Feature Upgrade Points
The handle of the water rower machine has been upgraded, featuring a handcrafted leather surface that provides higher comfort and reduces hand wear. Additionally, the slide rail is inclined by 2°, minimizing pressure on the knees during the return motion, ensuring optimal joint protection for your overall health. Most importantly, the seat height has been increased to 420mm (dining chair height), bringing a better gliding experience.

A: As this is a pre-order product, we need 30 days for production and 70 days for shipping after the pre-order period ends on May 31.

A: Yes, you can return it. Within 14 days of receiving the delivery, we’ll cover the shipping fee if it’s due to the product’s quality issues. However, if it’s for other reasons, the shipping fee will need to be covered by you.

Why doesn't the monitor start when I start rowing? The monitor comes on fine, everything lights up, all the buttons work, but when you start to row nothing happens. It's obvious that the monitor is not picking up whatever signal the pully mechanism is supposed to be sending. Any ideas on how to fix this? Otherwise, the unit is great, very comfortable and smooth and looks great.

Is the frame made of real, solid oak (or whatever hardwood), or is it a veneer (whether plastic laminate or wood) over a wood core (whether it's solid wood or manufactured)?

Is there a sticker you can add to the water tank to show how much weight is at different water levels in the tank instead of guessing?
The old version of the rowing machine used water level markings, and the new version has been modified to feature a calibration line. As long as you do not exceed the calibration line (located at the maximum water level), there should be no issues.

Second workout on my new jupiter model and I found a significant amount of water under the tank after I finished and raised it to the upright storage position. I did not overfill. I do not think it is coming from the water fill plug either....
Any suggestions on how to stop the leak?
