I use the mat for our rowing machine.
The floor (laminate) was affected by the rowing machine sliding back and forth.
Thanks to the mat, nothing slips and my floor is spared from further scratches.
Because the mat rolled very tightly, I had to weigh down the inner end.
It took about a day for the ends to stop curling up.
Now it lies flat and serves its purpose perfectly.
