Exquisite Exterior Design
The TOPIOM third-generation Jupiter rowing machine is crafted from durable red oak wood certified by FSC. It has a maximum weight capacity of 400lbs/182kg and can accommodate users up to 77 inches/195 cm. The improved foot pedals and seat are designed to adapt to different users’ weights, with adjustable foot pedals to cater to individual preferences and body types.
Feature Upgrade Points
The handle of the water rower machine has been upgraded, featuring a handcrafted leather surface that provides higher comfort and reduces hand wear. Additionally, the slide rail is inclined by 2°, minimizing pressure on the knees during the return motion, ensuring optimal joint protection for your overall health. Most importantly, the seat height has been increased to 420mm (dining chair height), bringing a better gliding experience.

A: Yes, you can return it. Within 14 days of receiving the delivery, we’ll cover the shipping fee if it’s due to the product’s quality issues. However, if it’s for other reasons, the shipping fee will need to be covered by you.

Q & A
Why doesn't the monitor start when I start rowing? The monitor comes on fine, everything lights up, all the buttons work, but when you start to row nothing happens. It's obvious that the monitor is not picking up whatever signal the pully mechanism is supposed to be sending. Any ideas on how to fix this? Otherwise, the unit is great, very comfortable and smooth and looks great.

Hello, according to your problem description, we guess that the distance between the display and the magnetic sensor disk is too far, resulting in failure of your motion data to be transmitted to the display. We have sent an adjustment document instruction to your email, please check your email.

Is the frame made of real, solid oak (or whatever hardwood), or is it a veneer (whether plastic laminate or wood) over a wood core (whether it's solid wood or manufactured)?

Is there a sticker you can add to the water tank to show how much weight is at different water levels in the tank instead of guessing?
The old version of the rowing machine used water level markings, and the new version has been modified to feature a calibration line. As long as you do not exceed the calibration line (located at the maximum water level), there should be no issues.

Second workout on my new jupiter model and I found a significant amount of water under the tank after I finished and raised it to the upright storage position. I did not overfill. I do not think it is coming from the water fill plug either....
Any suggestions on how to stop the leak?
You can first check if you have added water to your water tank beyond the water level line. If possible, you can also take a photo and send it to support@topiom.com. Our dedicated customer support team will assist and provide you with the necessary service.

How many liters of water can go in the tank, and are there fill lines?
Rowing machine can accommodate 18 liters of water, not exceeding 19 liters. It comes with a water pump to help you fill the water tank. Please rest assured to place your order.

Received the rower after a long 3-month wait. It’s an upgrade from a TM-3 model so I know about rowing. The package after many Fed Ex delays and transfer shipment to several FedEx facilities all over the U.S. and was a mess! The box had been dropped and ripped apart, and they tried to repack patch it up, and did a lousy job. I had many conversations with Topiom but all they recommended is for me to fix it up myself and that they would send me replacements for any damaged parts.. I tried to assemble it but am worried about the machine’s lasting function.
The machine should have been replaced by Topiom and the FexEx should should foot the bill – That’s why these shipments are insured, after all.
The bottom line:
Topiom has a quality line of products and I hope this one, once working, will add to that list. Time will tell – – However, the “3” rating is based on the time it took to receive the shipment (3 months), the condition in which it was received, and most of all, Topiom’s approach to replacing the mess that FedEx caused, and that I’ve been dealing with.
I’ve sent them many jpg’s of the box as it was received. What I failed to send them was a pix of the zillions of Styrofoam bits and pieces and chucks of cardboard and cheap tape used to repair the damage that they caused.
