After the water tank was used for half a year, weeds grew inside and gave off an unpleasant smell. This confuses me what to do. I am contacting their customer service, hoping to give me a solution.

This water pump was damaged after only being used twice. Its lifespan is really short. It is too slow to use it to change water. I still prefer to use the funnel at home to fill the water tank, which is very fast.

My boyfriend bought this product, against my knowledge but this machine is heavy and does not fold up. If you want this, you will need to have a significant amount of space to put the machine. We returned the item, thankfully Fed Ex took it an returned to sender.
