you can try adding a properly sized seat cushion to your existing seat to increase its height to a level that's comfortable for you. Make sure to securely fasten the cushion to the seat for stability and safety during movement. Alternatively, you might consider Jupiter rowing machine, which has a seat height 420mm higher than the V2.
